The Shrinking Man

This photo was taken when I was propably
about 132 kgs. When people meet me now
the often say:

“How did you get that big?”

My answer is:

“Physically it took 15 years of dedicated
eating effort, psychologically I don't have a
good understanding of why and I probably
never will!"
